Can I specify a delivery date when ordering?

Yes – if you require a delivery outside our normal 4 day service then please specify the date when ordering and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Can I add to an existing order?

Yes and No. It depends on how far down the process the order is. We advise that you contact our sales department who can check the status of your order and advise you further.

When will my order be delivered?

At the time of placing your order you will be advised of an estimated delivery date working on our 4 day lead time. (We can't control traffic or weather but we do our best to keep to the advised date)

Can I collect?

Yes. We have a Collection Trade Counter based at Nathan Way. Just advise our sales office when you place your order that you wish to collect. Your order will be ready to collect from 8.00am the next day (if not earlier - providing you've place your order before 12).
Please note: The minimum order value for collection is £75.

Can I return a product, exchange it or get a refund?

If a product needs replacing due to being damaged in transit we have a system in place to enable a credit or exchange part, however, if you are returning stock due to over ordering we are unable to guarentee a refund as we are uncertain if these products are suitable for resale due to being handled twice.

Do you deliver to site?

Yes - we do deliver to a site. If your order value is of £2200 at trade list price (UK mainland only)

Can I buy from you direct?

No - we have an extensive network of distributors and merchants who are skilled in assisting to get the best possible price you project backed by their excellent local knowledge. If you are looking to become a Hunter and/or Multikwik stockist please contact Greg Ridgeon, Director of Trade Sales. If you are outside the UK please contact Terry Ross, Export Manager.

Can you split pack quantities?

We keep pack sizes to a minimum to ensure best value and to make sure that they are delivered to you in the best possible condition. All products have a minimum pack quantity. All products are dispatched in minimum pack quantities or multiples thereof.
Please Note: Orders will be rounded up to the nearest pack quantities and invoiced accordingling, you will be notified of this at point of order.

What are the minimum order values?

To a merchant yard delivery with carriage paid - UK mainland only - orders of £250 net.
For outside the UK mainland please speak to our sales office for more information.

Will you make special (one off) products?

We realise that not all product requirements can be met with standard components. We have a fabrications department who are fully equipped to provide fabrications to overcome these difficult installations.
For special lengths of extrusion a 5% surcharge will be applied. Minimum Length is 1 metre.

What are your conditions of sale?

All orders are taken in good faith and delivery dates, where speficied, will be met. However if any goods are unavailable at time of despatch we will endeavour to supply such goods at the earliest opportunity. Full Conditions of sale are available on request.

What are your opening hours and last order dates?

Office hours are from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday.
Trade Counter hours are from 8.00am to 4.00pm, Monday to Friday.
Manufacturing operates most days with shutdown for bank and seasonal holidays.

Do my products have to be delivered in sacks?

To ensure your order is delivered complete, on time and in full we have a procedure in place which involves picking into sacks. These sacks are heavy duty and serve multiple purposes beyond the point of delivery such as refuse for both construction and garden waste, protecting garden furniture. Keep an eye on this website where we will be launching a competition to find 101 uses for a used Hunter sack.
