Waters Reach, Cleveleys, Lancashire
The developers of a housing project at Waters Reach, Cleveleys, in Lancashire specified Hunters' white soil systems to match the properties' white fascias.
The dwellings are built in a prominent position overlooking the seafront, the 44 houses all have white external fittings which are very striking. "We decided to make all the fittings the same colour to give continuity and greater impact," said developer Peter Richardson, from Kensington Developments. "We wanted a modern profile that was cost effective and Hunter Plastics' Squareflo rainwater system and a collection of the company's soils and waste products provided the answer."
Alexander Barracks, Woking
Alexander Barracks in Woking, consists of seven separate buildings which provide training facilities and residential quarters for junior ranks and sergeants. Rotrax Engineering of Middlesbrough was responsible for the installation of all mechanical and electrical services and they selected Hunter soil and waste system.
Rotrax's buyer Andy Dobbing commented, "Hunter has a good product range and good availability. The versatility and simplicity of their new boss connection system made planning this project very straightforward and saved time and money on installation."
