Endura Grease Interceptor

A high quality, cost-effective solution to grease separation offering efficient protection for drainage systems in domestic and commercial hot food premises.

The Endura Grease Interceptor is the only moulded product available in the UK holding significant advantages over competitor systems. External reinforcing ribs on the single piece moulded tank provide strength and rigidity for "in-floor" installations and allow free circulation of airflow around the unit when installed "on-floor".

The range is comprised of 2 interceptors, engineered to provide both 1.6l/sec and 3.2l/sec flow rates respectively. Flow rate is controlled via Endura’s unique Influent Control Device (ICD) and has removable baffles for ease of maintenance. Full sizing details available on request.

The Endura Grease Interceptor is supplied as a complete package including the Influent Control Device and two 110mm rubber connectors. A 110mm x 50mm adaptor is available for on-floor installations (Part Code: DSG07).

How it works

Endura incorporates many unique design features, for example the patented inlet and outlet baffles.

The unit, in conjunction with the Influent Control Device (ICD) protects the interceptor from influent surges, creates turbulence and slows the influent velocity.

The influent is then forced upward by the integral ramp having been converted in to a laminar flow by the mouth of the inlet baffle. The grease then floats to the top of the tank assisted by the entrained air introduced by the lCD, where it collects and is retained.

Any food particles remaining in the influent separate out of the flow under gravity. The linear design of the outlet baffle opening, creates a suction particulates out of the tank, thereby reducing the required maintenance period.
